Returns Policy

We want you to be pleased with the products and service you receive.  And we also want you to shop in confidence knowing your product is fresh and has never been used by another customer. Due to the personal nature of our products, we cannot accept returns; however we may offer refunds if you are not satisfied with the product.

Damaged Items
If your product arrives damaged, please notify us by email at within 72 hours (3 days) of receipt of the damaged goods

Once notified, we will either replace the damaged product or refund the amount of the purchase. Refunds are automatically credited to the original method of purchase.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping (if any) will be deducted from your refund.  If in the rare instance the product needs to be returned, you should send it to:
